Please read this notice carefully

By commissioning a garment with our atelier, you enter into a legally binding agreement. Because every suit is individually laser-cut and basted to your unique parameters within 24 hours of purchase, made-to-measure garments can't be returned or exchanged. See Returns & refunds for cancelling, our fit promise and refunds.

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Client") and our Atelier. By completing a transaction, reserving fabric, or booking a virtual consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these policies. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice.

2.Consultations & Orders

2.1Starting an order

All custom tailored orders are initialized through either a digital hd-video consultation or an in-person appointment.

2.2Order confirmation

Your custom order is confirmed and committed to the cutting floor only upon receipt of full payment and final approval of the design blueprint.

2.3Design blueprints

Blueprints are immutable once sent to basted assembly.

3.Customization & Fabrics Sourcing

3.1Where we source

We source the finest materials directly from heritage mills in Biella, Italy, and Yorkshire, England.

3.2Natural variation

Slight variations in color shade, weave density, and thread texture may occur naturally between fabric batches.

3.3Materials guarantee

We guarantee all linings are 100% breathable Bemberg cupro and all closures utilize genuine horn or mother-of-pearl.

4.Pricing & Payment

Prices for custom suits, jackets, and trousers are based on chosen fabric tiers (e.g., Super 110s, Super 150s, pure cashmere). All commissions must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Standard shipping and duties are pre-calculated and covered for premium tiers.

5.Production Timelines

5.1Standard creation cycle

Our standard creation cycle is exactly 21 days from digital pattern finalization to doorstep dispatch.

5.2Quality inspection

Basting, assembly, pressing, and our strict 3-stage quality inspection are handled by senior tailors.

5.3Possible delays

While we strive to meet our target times, rare fabric shortages or customs audits may extend delivery by up to 7 business days.

6.Delivery & Risk

All suits are shipped via express courier with full valuation insurance. Risk of loss passes to the Client upon carrier handover. A signature is strictly required at delivery to secure release. Fit problems must be reported within 30 days of delivery (see Returns & refunds).

7.Cancellations & Refunds

7.1Cancellation window

You can cancel an order, or one suit in it, until we start making that suit. See Returns & refunds.

7.2Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. A suit is refunded when it is cancelled before production starts, or when neither an alteration nor a remake can put its fit right. See Returns & refunds.

8.Bespoke Garment Care

To preserve natural fibers and horsehair canvas shapes, bespoke suits must not be machine washed or frequently dry cleaned. Spot clean with warm water and use a soft horsehair brush to remove surface dust. Hang on structured cedarwood hangers in breathable garment bags.

9.Intellectual Property

All digital templates, measurement estimation software, styling options, 3D renderings, and marketing assets are the exclusive property of the Atelier. Copying, scraping, or utilizing our styling platforms for competing purposes is strictly prohibited.

10.Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of Milan, Italy. Any disputes arising directly from custom tailoring orders, fits, or terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Milan.
