Consultations & Ordering
3 questions
How does the virtual tailoring consultation work?
Our virtual consultations connect you directly with a master tailor via high-definition video. During the 30-minute session, we walk you through selecting a silhouette, choosing your fabric drape, and guiding your measurement partner to capture precise dimensions. We recommend wearing a well-fitting shirt during the call.
Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?
Because each garment is laser-cut and hand-basted within 24 hours of confirmation, design modifications (such as lapel style, pocket type, or monogram details) can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Please contact your dedicated concierge immediately.
Do you offer physical consultations or fabric swatches?
Yes. On our Swatches page you can order a swatch book of up to 6 fabric samples of your choice for €15, posted free. Once you have paid, we email you a €15 code to use on a later suit order. If you are in London, Paris, or Milan, you can also book an in-person fitting at our partner ateliers.
Measurements & Fit
3 questions
What if I don't know my measurements?
Our proprietary smart-fit algorithm can estimate your patterns with 95% accuracy using just your height, weight, age, and three full-body photos. Alternatively, you can follow our step-by-step video guide with a friend, or visit any local tailor to have our measurement form filled out.
How do you guarantee a perfect fit?
If the fit isn't right, we alter or remake, at no cost. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
Do you save my pattern for future orders?
Absolutely. Once your perfect fit is achieved, your unique digital pattern is archived in our database. Future commissions for trousers, sports coats, or additional suits can be ordered instantly with a single click, unless you notify us of major weight changes.

Where do you source your fabrics?
We partner exclusively with heritage mills in Biella, Italy, and Yorkshire, England. Our collection features exceptional wools from Loro Piana and Vitale Barberis Canonico, ranging from versatile Super 110s for daily wear to exquisite Super 150s and pure cashmere blends.
What lining and button options are available?
We offer 24 Bemberg cupro linings—highly breathable, static-resistant, and silky to the touch—along with genuine horn, mother-of-pearl, and customized brass buttons. All functional sleeve buttonholes (surgeon's cuffs) are hand-stitched with silk thread.

How long will it take to receive my tailored suit?
Our standard creation cycle is 21 days from pattern finalization to your doorstep. This includes digital pattern cutting, hand-basting, assembly, hand-finishing, and a strict 3-stage quality inspection. Express 14-day creation is available for select fabrics.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer complimentary insured express shipping worldwide via DHL. All international duties and customs fees are pre-calculated and covered by us, ensuring a seamless delivery experience with no unexpected charges at your border.
Alterations, Care, & Support
2 questions
How should I clean and press my bespoke suit?
Bespoke half-canvas and full-canvas garments should rarely be dry cleaned (no more than once or twice a year), as harsh chemicals degrade natural wool oils. For regular maintenance, use a high-quality horsehair brush to remove dust and a professional garment steamer to release wrinkles.
What is your return policy for bespoke garments?
Because each suit is individually cut and crafted to your unique body measurements and design preferences, we can't accept returns. If the fit isn't right, report it within 30 days of delivery and we alter or remake it at no cost. See Returns & refunds.
